Based in Chicago, Red Arts Capital is a leading investment firm focused on North American-based transportation, logistics and related industries. Our objective is to invest in privately-owned, primarily family-owned and multi-generational businesses with solid business fundamentals and a strong track record and reputation.
T&L is a category intimately familiar to us, and leverages our personal and professional backgrounds. We believe the sectors’ long-term stability, broad scale and fragmented landscape make it an attractive area for building and growing durable businesses.
We believe that our focus in Transportation & Logistics is a key competitive advantage. Our investment experience and industry relationships lead to a streamlined diligence process and a clear strategy backed by important resources needed for growth.
Our goal is to balance business continuity with solid business execution. We aim for a flexible partnership approach to produce long-term value without artificial investment horizons.
