Nicola Idehen

Chief Operating Officer

Nicola Halsall Idehen is the Chief Operating Officer at Red Arts Capital. Prior to joining Red Arts Capital, Ms. Idehen was most recently Enterprise Head of People at Citadel. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Vistria Group and the Head of Talent Development at GCM Grosvenor. She began her career as a fixed income product specialist at JP Morgan Private Bank and a hedge fund product specialist at Lehman Brothers. Ms. Idehen received a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She is a trustee and former Chair of the Presidential Search Committee of Adler University. She is also a member of the Leadership Advisory Committee at the Art Institute of Chicago and the University of Chicago Women’s Board.
