Ryan Grand
Head of Business DevelopmentRyan is the Head of Business Development at Red Arts Capital, where he leads and oversees the firm’s deal origination efforts. He has spent the bulk of his career in private equity through holding various roles at EO Capital Partners and HKW. Ryan began his career in municipal finance at Mesirow Financial before moving to Jefferies LLC.
Beyond his role at Red Arts, Ryan is actively involved in his local community through serving on the board of Little Red Door Cancer Agency. He graduated summa cum laude from Wabash College and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
