Nelda Connors is an Operating Partner at Red Arts Capital. She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pine Grove Holdings, LLC, a privately held investment company. She served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Atkore International Inc., a publicly traded company that was a division of Tyco International. Prior to joining Tyco, she held positions at Eaton Corporation, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota. Currently, Ms. Connors serves as the independent outside advisor to the U.S. Board of Directors of Nissan North America. Additional board memberships in the past five years include: MME, Inc. (2019 – present), Baker Hughes (2020 – present), BorgWarner (2020 – present), Boston Scientific (2009 – present), Enersys (2017 – present), Delphi Technologies (2017 – 2020), CNH Industrial (2020), Echo Global Logistics (2013 – 2020), Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago (2011-2017).
